Purpose, legal basis, recipient categories and storage duration of data processing
Purpose: Presentation of the company, delivery of services, sale of products and communication over the internet
The purpose for which data is processed on this website is the display of information about our company’s products and services, combined with the opportunity for users to contact the appropriate company contact persons.
We process personal information on the following legal bases:
- 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of personal information with the consent of the affected individual,
- 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the necessary processing of personal information for performance of a contract with the affected individual and for the completion of relevant pre-contractual measures,
- 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR for the necessary processing of personal information to meet a legal obligation to which we are subject to in accordance with the applicable law of the EU or in accordance with the applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is wholly or partially applicable,
- 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the necessary processing of personal information in order to protect the legitimate interests of us or a third party, provided the fundamental rights and freedoms and interests of the affected individual do not prevail. Legitimate interests relate in particular to our commercial interest in being able to make our website available, information security, the assertion of personal legal claims and adherence to other legal requirements.
To this end, we use service providers separately for the purpose of confidentiality and data protection obligations. Information is shared with authorities solely in the event that we are legally required to do so. We do not transmit data to any third-party countries.
When you visit our website, a connection with your browser is established. The information below is collected, temporarily stored in system files and automatically recorded: Your device’s IP address, the date and time of access, the name and URL of accessed files, the website you came from or were forwarded to us from (referrer URL), the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device and the name of your provider.
We process this data for the purpose of smoothly establishing a connection and for system security. The accrued connection data is automatically deleted, usually after a maximum of seven days. In the event that our website is misused, the log data (whose continued storage is required for the purpose of providing proof) will be stored until the situation has been resolved.

The legal basis for the transmission of data to us is consent in accordance with art. 6 para 1 lit. a GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. This data will then be deleted. If your enquiry does not give rise to a retention obligation (e.g., placing an order), this data will be deleted after three years. Your data is forwarded internally to the responsible contact partner for the processing of your enquiry. This data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your usage of this website for the purpose of compiling website activity reports. It is also used for additional services associated with website and internet usage provided by the website operator. Google does not associate the IP address transmitted by your browser with other data within the scope of Google Analytics.
